Healing and the Elements

Considering the Five Elements within and around us through the healing journey.

There is a lot we can learn from our injuries or ailments. DHARMI® Holistic Healing consists of a mindful process through the five bodies, supporting you to clarify the root of a stress, to make an internal shift and heal with mindfulness and integrity.

The main purpose is to access the potential, light, vital energy that has been repressed behind the stress or ailment. When you tie to this source of energy within and accept to open your whole being to it’s healing potential you access new levels of consciousness.

A physical pain reflects automatically on the emotional body and energetic body with a response mechanism. Such a pain triggers the central nervous system. The mind receives an alarm.

We have the choice to try to deny or stop the alarm without considering the cause of the alarm. Or we can look at what triggered the alarm and take care of the whole aspect that is related with that physical pain.

In 85% of the cases physical pain or accident are directly related with some shifts at other levels. It can be emotional transition, change of career, move in a new location, new mindset and interests, stress in a relationship.

When the feet are affected, it usually is directly related to your roots and basic changes in your foundation, resources, home or family.

When the knees are affected it can be related to deep fears related to childhood traumas or instability in your base and structure.

When the right side of the body is affected it relates mostly to new steps, career aspects, transitions. When the left side of the body is affected it relates mainly to the creative, intuitive, emotional aspect. Stomach issues can reflect emotional stress that is calling for attention, a difficulty to  release, channel or contain emotions.

Upper back relates mainly to responsibilities that you hold onto and keep carrying on even if it may be time to let it go. It is a reflection of a big backpack that is too heavy for your shoulders. Also, it can reflect that you give in your own strength and desires to carry on external expectations. It all depends of which element is imbalanced.

As the Five Elements are clearly manifested in your physical body, we can clarify if the imbalance reflects an emotional stress or attachment in a specific area of your life. Maybe it is an imbalance in the intensity of your actions or insecurities in a specific aspect at this time of your life. Maybe it reflects a personal need that hasn’t been listened to and now is calling for care and attention.

The DHARMI Map guides you through your inner labyrinth to clarify the co-relations with the elements within and around you_ how your personal wellbeing is influenced by and influence other aspects of your life. This guidance supports a mindful compassionate healing journey.

Peace and Clarity,

Springtime – Blooming through the Elements

Spring is a time to bloom and to flourish.

Through the Winter the earth rested in hibernation. Slowly the white cover of the snow gives space for the buds to appear, for a harmonious rebirth in this time of the year.

It is a beautiful time to clarify which quality or potential you choose to nourish. Is there an aspect of your life you wish to see grow and bloom this year?

Moving through the Elements for a new awakening requires introspection and clarification of your intention. Time to meditate. (Ether Element)

Visualize your intention and the bud within your heart waiting to bloom. Maybe you can perceive a substance, a frequency, a color or a particularity that makes it unique and essential. Time to breathe. (Air Element)

Give it warmth, support, encouragement to be, to flourish. Sometimes we may be shy to give it space to shine. Sometimes we may be impatient and try to rush into the process. Observe which intensity and rhythm is best for you at this time. Time to act with confidence. (Fire Element)

Allow the flow of your emotions and a harmonious creative process. Listen to your intuition and use your sensibility on the journey. Time to flow with compassion. (Water Element)

Nurture your gift, giving it time, space and the resources it requires for a prosperous creative manifestation. Time to reveal. (Earth Element)

We are all particles of a great vision. We are all pixels of a great image that we cannot always see. Walk the journey with harmony, bliss and dedication. All we have is this present moment and experience, unveiling life wonders one step at a time.

Peace and Clarity,

Love is in the Air_ Let’s Breathe!

Love can be experienced in all five elements:

We think about love

We act with love

We share the love

We manifest love

We are love

The intention of Love is set in the essence, in the Ether Element.

To set this beautiful intention in the Air Element, you will take some time for reflection to clarify what love means to you. You can also create your own mantra to remind yourself to focus your mind to loving thoughts and perceptions.

In the Fire Element you observe what sparks love within you. Which actions, which role trigger this beautiful warm feeling of love.

Being sensitive to your emotions gives you a chance to clear your relationships. Your intuition and sensibility give space for sharing the love with harmony and balance in the giving and receiving. This is where the Water Element comes into play.

Giving space and time for the experience of love is key to manifest. It is the reflection in the Earth Element.

May love shine within and all around!

Elements from Inspiration to Manifestation

The integration of Nature’s wisdom in any creative process allows a harmonious and integrative realization.

How can we manifest anything if we lack intention (Ether), resources (Earth), or clear vision (Air), or emotional support (Water), or confidence (Fire)? If they really are lacking around us, we may access some of those essential forces within us. We may also be creative and look for them in nature and in our environment, making it possible to access those essential resources.

As we choose to honor healthy values, we are not going to force something that is not yet ready to be, but is instead based on ego, greed or fear. Also, we are not enabling excuses and ego based on resistance, procrastination or patterns that hold us back.

Whether it is for business or any other project, we can take in consideration the Five Elements to allow a holistic, harmonious process of manifestation.

The DHARMI® Map supports the development of your vision with balance and integrity. It is a process that requires a clear intention, vision and purpose as well as the respect of healthy values and strong foundation to find the resources to make it possible.

The first step is to have a positive intention, to have an inspiration which is reflected by the element Ether. Then, you will clarify your vision and reflect upon it using your Mind, focusing your thoughts. You will need a spark of fire, and motivation to bring that idea into action. With practice and dedication you can balance the intensity of your fire. This gives a possibility to integrate emotional values and nurture healthy relationships that will support the flow of manifestation. And then you need to find the necessary resources, space and support to bring your vision into manifestation. The completion of the Cycle through the Elements and manifestation of your vision is when all the elements are integrated and aligned.

This Cycle in the Map leads you through simple steps to bring your inspiration into manifestation. When it is a long term vision, you will pass through the steps multiple times during the project development.

I wish you a blissful Journey, manifesting your dreams with clarity and mindfulness.
