Many ways, many forms _ becoming one.

Hello,

When I was looking for a direction, and purpose, I began to explore different ways and approaches that could support me to find balance, and clarify my vision.

When I studied the Grinberg Method in 1991, I learned specific disciplines to center myself daily, this has been a strong foundation that was supporting me to center myself and stay on my path. I noticed that discipline, reflection and a regular spiritual practice is as important as food, water, exercise, breath; if we like to stay healthy, find balance, be energized and clear minded.

Through daily activities, encounters, and experiences, our energy begins to be scattered. We become reactive, we may over extend ourselves, we may loose ourselves or experience stress. We continue to accumulate pressure and attachments day by day.

My experiences of QiGong in China, and other countries, brought me strength and clarity, empowering my vital energy. Tai Chi was similar in some of the benefits, yet the movement was like a dance inviting me to awaken new sensations, access inner potentials, and open to a harmonious flow.

Studies of Buddhism and Hinduism during my travels in India, China, Thailandia e Indonesia, brought insightful and enlightening knowledge into my life.

I learned about the kalachakra (Tibetan mandala), the Medicine wheel and cross of the Andes (shamanic mandalas), as well as other forms of mandalas, including the practice that has developed the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung.

In Asia and South America I practiced sacred dances healing and balancing my feminine energy. The journey through those practices has been beautiful and inspiring, healing traumas and unveiling my creative energy.

The practice of Yoga is giving me a sense of oneness, integrity. Dharmi-Yoga supports the integration and alignment in the five bodies, considering the physical, emotional, energetic, breath/mind and spiritual aspect through the flow of the practice.

When I lived in Americas (south, central, and north), I had the opportunity to share experiences and learn different approach to shamanism. I explored diverse path in Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Chile, .. experiencing lineage such as quechua, aumatas, lakotas, condor blanco, .. During some rituals, we invoke the 7 directions, which includes the five bodies that I have mentioned above. These practices, together with other visualizations and chants have been key in my quest to clarify the Portal that leads us through the Dharmi Map of Transcendence.

It is during a time of research on sacred geometry and learning from the teaching of Drunvalo Melchizedech that I traveled to Egypt, exploring the pyramids, as well as the valley of the king and the queens in Luxor.

The power of intention and their reflection on the water, how Dr Masaru Emoto shows it clearly through his research, is a fundamental aspect to take in consideration through our day. Yet, we can be taken away from our beautiful intention, when the children are screaming, the boss is in a bad mood, traffic is intense, bills are coming, .. When we come back to our space of reflection, and meditation, we can clarify our intention of the moment and align ourselves with this vibration. All in life is about vibration.

There are many inspiring forms, teachings and ways, all of them bringing great benefits into my life. I did participate to some training to have a deeper understanding, and to be able to teach many of them. Yet, it was no time to fit them all in my schedule. We still need to have time for our lives, for sharing quality time with our loved ones, for work, for evolution, ..

Many people choose to do an intensive weekend or retreat, and then come back to their daily lives, with no time and space for the continuation of their practice/discipline. This cause a gap and stress between them and themselves.

I noticed that all those approaches, philosophies and disciplines are related. How could I include: meditation, qigong, shamanism, considering the five bodies, seven dimensions, the chakras, dantien, sacred geometry, … in one practice that I can practice regularly, and include in my routine.

The Vortex of Energy Meditation, is an active meditation that supports your wellbeing, balance, uplifts your vibrations and brings you to a state of Bliss.

This practice can last from 20min upto 1 hour, depending of how much time you have, and the form you choose to practice that day.

There are four forms to support the completion of cycles and empowerment of a new intention, vision.

  1. The clearing form that you will do when you need to release stress and to center yourself.
  2. The centering form that you can practice when you like to align yourself with a clear intention.
  3. The form of empowerment, which you will practice when you need more confidence, and energy.
  4. Another centering form, which supports you to be; to welcome this new frequency with integrity.

Peace & Vision,

Key Elements to nurture a healthy self-esteem

In the previous blog you received key elements to support your wellbeing (earth), and relationships (water). This month we will explore elements to nurture your self-esteem (fire).

Is the ego really something negative?

Maybe we do have a negative, and a positive ego. I consider that we still need to have a healthy ego, in order to fulfill our visions, intention, and respect healthy boundaries.

This will be reflected by taking the “role” that allows us to take our responsibility, honor our values, act with compassion, clarity, and detachment.

A negative ego is based on judgements, expectations, attachments. While having a positive ego, or a healthy self-esteem takes in consideration your feelings, honoring your intention, relationships, and building up a strong self confidence.

For people who study and apply the yamas in yoga, such as ahimsa (non-violence), asteya (non-stealing), aparigraha (non-greediness), and niyamas, they receive tools to nurture a healthy self-esteem. Per example ahimsa, non-violence, remind us to not be violent towards others, and also to not allow violence towards ourselves. It requires care and sensitivity towards us, and others.

A holistic approach to building self-confidence includes the consideration of the five elements. It requires commitment towards ourselves and our environment. It can happen only by accepting to take leadership in our lives.

In the earth element: We consider the physical and material level. It reflects how we manage our time, our money, space, and follow a clear discipline. We develop a level of independence, we become more self-confident. Do you respect healthy boundaries?

In the water element:  We consider our emotions, and learn to channel them with intention. We positively influence our environment, from a space of compassion. We nurture healthy relationships. In which way do you aim to influence people around you?

In the fire element: We build up strength and clear values, to develop a sense of personality, a role, leading our actions to inspire others. We exude confidence, and express our feelings with warmth. We are appreciative of our gifts, and support others to realize theirs. In which way do you take leadership?

In the air element: We clarify our vision, and priorities. We focus our attention towards our vision, and intention. Meditation, clarity and reflection are skills that support your evolution, and a clear communication with your environment. What is your vision?

In the ether:  We are aware that we are here for a higher purpose than feeding a selfish ego. It is a key element to stay humble and still have a healthy self-esteem. We allow a space for luck, being alert to synchronicities, making a leap of faith that is sometimes required to continue our path with harmony, and evolution.

May you shine to your full potential!

Key elements to nurture healthy relationships

Last month we focused on nurturing a healthy lifestyle, giving space for a healthy ground and foundation. Today, I invite you to consider the different aspects of your relationships.

The relationship with yourself includes: with your thoughts and the air you breathe, your inspirations and feelings, your emotions, your body, AND your path.

The relationship with your surroundings includes: with your family, your friends, cultural and social environment, professional, spiritual, and community

Conflict or the sensation of being stuck in a relationship is one of the main causes of stress. It is an opportunity to listen to your emotional body. Observe the ways you respond, relate, and channel your emotions. Discover what this relationship or situation is triggering within you.

Emotions flow, freeze, evaporate, get stagnant sometimes, and then move again; just like water. I believe that every emotion exists for a reason. I do not think about emotions as good/bad, or positive/negative. Emotions are directly linked to your vital energy. What make them positive or negative are your personal perspectives and the way you approach them. We support you to channel your emotions wisely, consciously, and with intention.

Many times we respond from our emotional memory, even if it is not directly related to the present situation. Emotions and reactions may be triggered by a word, a thought, a smell, or a piece of music. Often, we respond from our pain body, past experiences, and belief systems, losing connection with the reality of the moment.

How can we clear the water? Through a clear communication in our relationships; releasing attachments or resistance to channel our emotions wisely; through a balanced diet, drinking clean water to flush our system from impurities or toxins.

The emotional memory is stored in the limbic system, and other fundamentals in the flow of emotions. It influences us in our day-to-day relationships, perceptions and decisions.

With mindfulness and direction, you can clear stress, and heal wounds that may influence your reactions and approach to relationships. Through this process, you will find your way to channel your emotions with intention, harmony and direction.

Healthy relationships are the key to happiness. This doesn’t have to mean being married or having many friends. This means having a healthy, good quality relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and your surroundings.

Key elements for a healthy LifeStyle

Whether at home, in your daily routine, or in the office, a holistic and integrated approach to your life is possible.

The key is proper organization and discipline, with enough flexibility to allow you to grow.

Certain elements are essential for balancing your wellbeing. When your lifestyle is out of balance, you will receive signs that manifest physically, and emotionally.

Do you have insomnia or unhealthy sleeping patterns?

Element-Earth: Eating only a light meal in the evening is best to facilitate a good night sleep. A herbal tea, soft music, and harmonious energy surrounding you will support you to surrender to the night. If many thoughts, and worries are keeping you awake, you can write them down, to clarify your mind.

Falling asleep before midnight provides a more profound nurturing time in your sleep.

Do you experience stress in relationship with your body and nutrition?

Element-Water: It is not only the food you eat that affects your health, but also your relationship with the food. If you feel guilty or stressed when you eat, this will affect directly the integration of the nutrition in your body. When you care for your body, you listen to your needs, and to your limits in regard to the food, the music, and stress you may cause to it.

Do you lack motivation to move, or find good excuses not to exercise?

Element-Fire: I suggest you to incorporate exercise that fits your needs; and movements that respond to your bioenergy rhythm to vibrantly uplift your energy.

Do you have difficulty breathing? Are your thoughts often distressing?

Element-Air: Learning some practice of meditation, and pranayamas (breathing techniques) will help you clarify your mind.

Our breathing patterns are directly related to the way we deal with stress and life’s circumstances.

Is there a specific aspect of your life or health that are difficult for you to accept or deal with?

Element-Ether: Some aspects of our life are not within our control. Yet, we can learn to practice acceptance and continue living our lives with compassion, harmony and inspiration.

A healthy foundation allows us to support the manifestation of our inspirations and dreams.

When we rest well, eat well, move well, and breathe well, we notice how wonderful it feels to feel good!
