Gift of Gratitude

Gratitude is a state of being. When we are thankful, we feel a vibration of relief and nurturing energy. Gratitude allows us to give, share, receive and embrace our experiences.

For an integrative experience we can bring gratitude in all Five Elements.

DHS-earth_v01

In the Earth Element, we remember to be grateful for the body and health we have. We appreciate the land we live on, the home we live in, the material resources we have access to. We are thankful for the food we eat and the family we have; may it be a blood family or spiritual family. Thanksgiving reminds you to not take for granted what you have and to care for your foundation.
DHS-water_v01c

In the Water Element we consider our emotional relationships. We are thankful for the emotional support we receive and we can share with others. We appreciate the friendships and bonds that we have created with people we care for, and people who care for us as well. Thank’s giving reminds you to value and nurture your relationships.

DHS-fire_v01

In the Fire Element we consider our expression, our actions that reflect positive intention and purpose. We take in consideration the sense of responsibility and the confidence, expertise we have developed in any specific area. It is a healthy ego which we can express with warmth and compassion. Thanksgiving reminds us to shine and uplift the inspiration within and around us.

In the Air Element we consider our knowledge and vision. We are mindful of our thoughts and the way we lead our mind. We observe our breath and speak our truth with clarity. We set free from core beliefs, judgements or expectations. Thanksgiving reminds us to breathe, to give space for reflection and clarification.

In the Ether Element we integrate all aspects and are grateful for the world we live in. We enter in a space of acceptance and gratitude that is above any expectations, towards ourselves, our community, our planet and universe. It is a spiritual state of Agape.
A regular practice of gratitude has a healing and nurturing effect within and around us. Through gratitude we make peace with who we are, so that we can flow with more ease and confidence.

Gratitude is a wonderful Gift you can experience, share and give unconditionally.

Nature’s guidance for manifestation

There are five main elements that function in your life and they affect five corresponding areas of your existence—your health, relationships, self-esteem, state of mind, and overall energetic fields. As a whole, they steer you towards developing clear values, living with integrity and clear intention. Also, they support you in experiencing harmony in all things. Aided by healthy, holistic lifestyles choices, emotional sobriety, the use of proper introspection and meditation and correct choices about your professional development, your life can unfold with grace and balance. These Five Elements that will be discussed and how we can integrate them into different aspects of our lives are Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

Nature is the most beautiful and functional creation you can turn to as a model.

No matter how worldly or sophisticated or even cynical we become, the truth is we are one with the other inhabitants of this planet—the animals, plants and fellow humans—who share this fragile blue globe. We are as affected by weather, the passing of the seasons, damage to our environment and the passage of time as any of our fellow creatures.

These external aspects make as much of an impact on us and how we view the world as our age, our emotions, our perspective or our circumstances. The earth spins. Mother Nature gives birth and presides over deaths. Time truly does march on and the natural world gracefully bows to such changes. Not so man. People come into the world screaming. That first scream is symbol of liberation. Yet many of us spend the years after that striving and fighting and clawing our way to worldly success, trying to fulfill expectations and creating attachments, until we face the inevitable loss of all that we have spent a lifetime collecting. How much more serene would we be if we could learn balance, how to live our lives gracefully, while manifesting our inspirations and visions and honoring healthy values and relationships? We can grow, manifest, and have a harmonious, abundant life with family, home and society, while respecting our intention, time and space with a balanced lifestyle. When we allow beauty, acceptance, and love into the process of creation, we then can surrender, with no argument when our time on earth passes by. To everything there is a season…even for our lives.

A new step on my Journey

It has been a blessing to spend fourteen years with my attention focused mainly in Miami, Florida. I’ve had the opportunity to grow as a person and to develop more tools to support the wellbeing of people and to guide them with a clear GPS on their journey for balance and abundance.
I hear many times people telling me that they are seeking their path. Though, everyone is already walking their own personal path. Maybe you are noticing that you have been whirling in circles or that you are at a crossroad and would like to unveil new possibilities aligned with your aspirations along your journey. Perhaps you would like to find more balance, purpose and clarity. Do you want to attract love, contentment and lightness on your journey?
Through private consultations and seminars we provide you with tools to release attachments, expectations, or fears that hold you back. We guide you to access the potential within you to take leadership with positive intention, creating your reality with acceptance, vision and dedication.
It is a blessing to share my personal and professional journey. I hope that it inspires you to follow your own journey with acceptance and confidence.
I am now entering into a new cycle. I will still be regularly in Miami and the DHARMI® Institute headquarters remain in Florida. Though, I will be traveling more to bring the teachings to other states and countries. It is a time to bring the teachings out into more natural environments and areas where people can fully embrace the benefits of the direct experience of the Five Elements for wellbeing.
As the methodology focuses on supporting you on your own true path, you can always receive guidance whenever, or wherever you are with online consultations.

Healing Water Ceremony

Water is the source of life.

Holy waters have been healing people, animals, plants and all living forces throughout cultures, traditions and spiritual paths.

Water influences us as much as the environment influences water. The temperature and environment affect its form, flow and direction.  We can heal the water as much as the water can heal us. From drops of water transforming into frozen crystals, or steam and forming clouds, to come back down to earth as rain. There are many ways in which it also reflects in our bodies.

Traditions from all over the world perform water ceremonies. I have had the chance to be part of some of them and to experience holy springs, rivers, and waters in India, China, Jamaica, the Americas and in Switzerland.

Through prayers, water molecules transform taking shapes and forms aligned with the intention and frequencies that it receives. Like chanting mantras can heal the body, songs and intentions are like winds giving direction to water.

A few years ago, I met Dr. Masaru Emoto, a scientist from Japan who proved scientifically how the vibration of our intention, words, and sounds can affect the crystals of water. See Here

Also, some specific sources and sacred locations around the world offer holy waters, like Badrinath, Rishikesh springs of the Ganges, the sacred river of India.

Water is a sacred and sensitive energy.

After the passage of hurricane Irma in the Caribbean and Florida, the ocean, islands, people, animals and plants were deeply affected physically and emotionally.

We did a beautiful Water Ceremony at the beach with the intention of Healing.

We integrated all Five Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether during the ritual. We brought a big transparent bowl filled with clean purified water. Everyone wrote some of their wishes on the bowl to support the healing of the ocean, as well as the healing of all the people emotionally affected by this intense experience.

We all meditated in a circle moving through our own emotions as we joined our intentions for healing. The dynamic of the group was so pure and deep, we all felt safe to open our hearts with grace.

We visualized healing one drop at a time to become an ocean.

After this insightful experience, we emptied the water into an area of the ocean that was affected by contamination, visualizing those drops multiplying and expanding to influence all the other drops in the ocean. In the seven days following we all continued to meditate and to visualize the healing spreading towards the Ocean, nurturing and balancing it with love, compassion, and light.

I invite you to take a few minutes daily to visualize healing energy in areas of contaminated waters.

For yourself, visualize healing light in the water before you drink it. For others, visualize healing light when you cook, when you serve water to your loved ones, as well as in all you do.

The power of intention is stronger than you can ever imagine.

When emotions are in motion we feel alive. Water is the source of life.

The many functions of water are to nurture, to hydrate, to moisturize, to cleanse. When some water cells become too stagnant or stuck in certain areas of our body, they can become unhealthy and even transform into stones, tumors or cyst that reflects frozen energy.

Fluids form a large part of our body. They appear through many forms as fatty tissues, blood, sweat, tears, saliva, urine. Water together with oxygen and vital energy nurture the cells of our body bringing rejuvenation. For good health, these waters are in constant movement.

A way to purify your body is to fast and drink only water one day a week. You can choose the day of the moon transition or choose a specific day that is convenient for you. This balance your metabolism, strengthen your willpower and open the flow of energy for any stored emotions or toxins in your body.

Also, a weekly bath in a clean ocean, lake, river or springs rejuvenate your whole being. I just visited hot springs in the desert of California, receiving the healing of the waters in a peaceful oasis is a magical experience, nourishing all five bodies.

The many properties of water are a reflection of our own environment and state of being. A holistic integrative approach to our emotions, and to the Water element influences and provides a clear direction of its many functions for our wellbeing and balance.

Our emotional states reflect those water movements. When we freeze emotionally we hold back and repress the flow of the energy within and around us. It manifests in our relationships as well as in our overall wellbeing and health.

Emotions are directly linked with vital energy, they activate hormones, adrenaline and support healthy functioning of our body. Also, the constant motion of waters in our environment nurture the earth and support fertile ground.

As a holistic healer and consultant, I work with all Five Elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether. There is an interconnectedness in between all the Elements as well as within each Element.

Water infiltrates the Earth to nurture the soil. Such as good hydration nurtures our physical body for wellbeing and fertility.

The Earth supports and contains Water. Good discipline and a healthy lifestyle supports our emotional wellbeing and balance.

Fire gives warmth and uplifts the Water just as motivation and purpose can uplift someone emotionally.

The Wind and Air give direction to the clouds, just as our own perception and vision can direct our emotions. If our thoughts are judgmental and hurtful, it will affect the Water. While if we accept our emotions, and direct them with positive intention, we can use the power of our emotions (Water Element) creatively for a positive outcome.

Being mindful of our thoughts and frequency supports healing within and all around us.
